When you use MyIndianStore, we collect information needed to provide our services. This includes account details you provide (name, email, phone number), order history and preferences, and location data used during active delivery sessions to optimize routes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, connect you with Home Chefs and drivers, send order updates and notifications, and improve our platform over time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Location Data

Location access is used only during active delivery sessions for real-time tracking and route optimization. We do not track your location in the background when you are not actively using the delivery feature.

Data Sharing

We share your information only with Home Chefs and drivers assigned to your orders, payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions, and background check services (Checkr) for driver verification. We never share or sell data to advertisers.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records, invoices, and tax documents are retained for up to 7 years to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, use the Delete Account option in the footer or contact us at support@myindianstore.app.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the MyIndianStore app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

MyIndianStore is a platform that connects customers with independent Home Chefs and delivery drivers. We facilitate the transaction but do not directly prepare food or employ drivers or chefs. All chefs and drivers are independent contractors.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices shown in the app are final at the time of ordering. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for failed deliveries or food quality issues. Contact support within 24 hours of delivery for any concerns.

Seller and Driver Terms

Home Chefs and drivers operate as independent contractors. Sellers are responsible for food safety compliance, accurate menu listings, and timely fulfillment. All drivers must pass a Checkr background check before activation.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for fraudulent transactions, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

MyIndianStore is not liable for delays or issues caused by independent contractors, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Changes to Terms
